Please note that a 2% payment gateway fee and a 8% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Total deduction: 10% of the original amount

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send unboxing video and email us at info@parasharjyotirvigyan.com using the registered email address and include the following details:
Reqired Information

• Full Name
• Your complete name as registered
• Registered Email ID
• The email address used for registration
• Date of Registration
• When you registered for the Site
• Screenshot of Payment Invoice
• Showing date and time of purchase
• Reason for Refund
• Why you are requesting a refund
• Refund requests without all of these details will not be processed.

Non-Refundable Items
Payments made for any membership plans, workshops, or special packages labeled as non-refundable on our website cannot be refunded.
